State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
For information regarding administrative policies such as concerns, cancellations and refunds, please contact our offices at 1 (800) 365-4484 and ask to speak to a member of the training department. A 20% cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellations to a Group-live session received less then twenty-four hours before the start of our course.
